This was a horrible experience for me, both during and after my appointment. My cavity filling was the kind of experience you'd see in a horror movie (with Dr. Cave refusing to accept that I was actually experiencing pain while he was drilling and repeatedly telling me I was being fearful and not actually experiencing pain, when I was). It's been weeks since the appointment and I've been experiencing moderate to severe dental pain ever since (I was not experiencing pain prior to the appointment). I have not enjoyed a meal since this appointment and can only eat on one side of my mouth. Given that it's been a been a while (more than enough time to heal if there wasn't something actually wrong with the work itself), I don't expect this to change until I can be seen again by someone else but I'm currently too hesitant to go sit in a chair again after what happened at this office. I never leave reviews and am not doing so now lightly, but if I can save someone from the nightmare I went through/am going through, I'd like to (given that I would do anything to have known beforehand what I know now). I'm honestly considering submitting a complaint with the Board (something I've never come close to doing before and would be EXTREMELY out of character for me, if that gives any indication of the extent of my concerns about this particular dentist being in practice).

Needed four fillings after 18 months abroad without dental care. Dr. Cave finished filling them in less than 30 minutes and explained each step thoroughly. It was as pleasant as getting four fillings at once can be. I highly recommend Dr. Cave and his team.

I've been going here for five years and have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Cave and staff.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Cave was great. He took me in on short notice and helped to resolve my issue with minimal pain and an easy recovery.

I've gone to Dr. Cave for years. He's the most conscientious physician I've ever been to. He really takes the time to ask all the right questions, and to do a thorough assessment before recommending treatment. I've never seen him upsell any of the latest products or procedures. He's kept my dental health and my overall health his only focus, not his own bottom line. I can't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and be on time, he will be, and you will be out on time too. Imagine that!

Avoid this dentist at all costs. Upsells on procedures, lies about what will be covered by insurance, and no remorse when they expect you to pay later. Months t resolve issues, unresponded phone calls. Horrible all around.

Their office came recommended from a coworker so I scheduled a teeth cleaning and x-rays. Office called me the day before my appointment to confirm then 30 minutes before closing with my appointment the next morning told me they would have to reschedule. They didn't realized I was a new patient which I had mentioned when originally scheduling and when confirming appointment but they needed to reschedule for more time. I arrived at my rescheduled appointment early to complete all paperwork and provide dental insurance...was never mentioned I was out of network until scheduling additional appointments. I called insurance regarding coverage and then called office back and canceled future appointments. I was given an apology over the phone and I indicated that apology is a little late when I now know there will be an expensive bill out of pocket for a 6 month cleaning and yearly x-rays. What is most frustrating is that I was asked upfront if I want a mouth cancer screening for $15 which I agreed to have done and pay today but was not told I was out of network. I was even asked about when last fillings were done and if I had a high deductible plan and yet staff clearly knew I was out of network. Clients beware because I was informed I had 15 fillings on teeth that needed to be worked on yet I get cleanings done every 6 months. They were basing a lot off x-rays of older fillings and after discussing details was told well we'll have to see if the cavity is just minimal or early stages below the old filling. So replacing fillings because they are old seems silly with the expense and minimal confidence. I even asked for a priority of work if it needed to be done. It was indicated on my military paperwork that work would not need to be done within the next 12 months. Steer clear of this place!

Great dental work. But enormous problems with their billing department. They double billed my insurance, and then charged me separately. I ended up paying them twice, and they have very messy record keeping. But if you need emergency dental work they are competent. The issues are are all with the admin.

This rating is reflective of the service I have received from the office personnel and Dr. Sai Khan at this practice. Dr Khan is fabulous.
